Sales Tax

BananaScrubs.com can only ship to U.S. addresses. Most online orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail. Larger orders may be shipped via UPS Ground or comparable carrier/service.

At checkout, you may be prompted to select a shipping method for your order. Shipping costs are dependent on the method you choose and may vary based on the current shipping promotion. Please refer to the shipping link for details
on the current shipping promotion. Online shipping promotions are not applicable to phone-in orders; which are subject
to independent shipping and handling charges based on the subtotal of the order.

Shipping & Delivery Times
Orders are generally processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days of credit card/Paypal authorization. Delivery times vary depending on location, but typically average 2-5 business days (including Saturdays, where available).

Returns/Exchanges
Your satisfaction is guaranteed at Banana SCRUBS. If upon delivery you are unhappy with your order for any reason, simply send it back for an exchange or a full refund...no questions asked. Every order includes a return form that make returns simple. There's no need to call or write. Just follow the instructions on the form.  It's that easy!

We ask that returns be made within 30 days from the date of purchase shown on your Picking Ticket. Returns should be in original condition and suitable for re-sale. Garment tags must be attached. Regretfully, we cannot accept returns on worn, laundered, altered, custom-sized or special order items. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
