* E-Gift Cards are sent to the recipient via email on the same business day in which they are purchased, pending payment authorization.

* Banana SCRUBS E-Gift Cards can be redeemed for merchandise only online (at BananaScrubs.com).

* E-Gift Cards cannot be redeemed at any store location nor over the phone.

* Only one E-Gift Card may be redeemed online per order.

* E-Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash nor applied towards the balance of an open account, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

* If merchandise purchased online with an E-Gift Card is returned, original E-Gift Card will be credited.

* Banana SCRUBS E-Gift Cards do not have an expiration date.

* E-Gift Cards, including their value, cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or used without permission.

* Banana SCRUBS shall not be liable for the unauthorized use of any E-Gift Card.

* Purchase of a Banana SCRUBS E-Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

* The terms and conditions of the E-Gift Card are also governed by the laws of the state where the card is purchased.
