* Gift Cards are mailed to recipient via USPS First Class Mail at no charge, pending payment authorization.

* Banana SCRUBS Gift Cards can be redeemed for merchandise at any Banana SCRUBS® Brand Store or by calling customer service at 1-800-575-0384 to order.

* Gift Cards cannot be redeemed online.

* Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash nor applied towards the balance of an open account, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

* If merchandise purchased with a Gift Card is returned, original Gift Card will be credited.

* Banana SCRUBS Gift Cards do not have an expiration date.

* Gift Cards, including their value, cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed, altered or used without permission.

* Banana SCRUBS shall not be liable for the unauthorized use of any Gift Card.

* Purchase of a Banana SCRUBS Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

* The terms and conditions of the Gift Card are also governed by the laws of the state where the card is purchased.
